We currently seek volunteers, who will act as Administrators for online communities they belong to.
As an administrator, you will fully represent myschoolcomm.com and your school community both online and when necessary, physically in whatever
school you represent.
The benefits of being an administrator are as follows;
1. You will be given FREE banner advertising opportunities on the site.*
2. Your information will be published at the special news section (the black news highlight section), as information users can trust.
3. You will have the ability to send bulk newsletters, alerts or notifications to members.
Expected responsibility as an administrator;
1. You are expected to voluntarily inform members of your community on events unfolding in your school either via online posts (preferably), bulk Private Messaging or Newsletters.
2. To participate in online and offline (lecture, promotion, advert) campaign in promoting their communities. (If we need
to do something or you suggest for some activity in your school, you will be contacted first.)
3. To coordinate activities like purchasing post-ume scratch cards easily without the aspirant coming to your school, Thereby saving them cost of coming down to the school to purchase it.
4. Since the administrator knows he's school well, he should be able to identify opportunities to provide help to students or aspiring students of the school.
5. He Will be the primary source of information for the entire community and so he should be ready to receive lot's of calls to help users.
Criteria for being an administrator;
1. Must currently be a student of the institution and preferably, lives within the area of the school.
2. Must be a moderate online user, with at least 4 hours a week either via PC or mobile.
3. Can be trusted by the myschoolcomm and he's school community.
4. Must be a member of his community. Obviously!
You will be provided the tools to work as you administration panel will appear differently.
Please Note:
1. We do not pay administrators for posting information, though may be considered soon, based on performance of their communities.
2. The free banner advertising is directed towards making your information captivating to users, and creating much more credibility for you.(e.g. "You can buy post-ume cards from me!"). Well, it should be better than just that though.
