@ Mariapiss since you say ur name is out since December, it means your name was shortlisted among the 1st batch list. it's not dat late. you can still do ur clearance with those people that their names were shortlisted in the 3rd batch list.
NOTE: Pre-Science Programme have started. it started mon 13th feb 2012. Clearance is on now
